The project for Rose Cottage was originally for extensions and alterations however given the state of the buildings and the restrictions of internal layouts the decision was taken to demolish the existing and build a new dwelling that was more conducive to the requirements of the modern family, and made the most of the superb views to the west over the stunning Staffordshire countryside.
