Planning Permission Secured for 10 New House Nr. Ashbourne.
In March 2016 outline planning permission was granted with conditions for residential development at a site in the village of Brailsford. Today we are delighted that full planning permission has been secured for 10 new homes on the 0.57 hectare site on the Main Road on the edge of Brailsford village.
The ten houses have been designed to reflect the rural nature of the village. The dwellings will be constructed with traditional roof spans and pitches. There is space between each property for garden or single storey garages/first floor extensions to reinforce the impression of separate dwellings; avoiding an impression of terracing which wouldn’t be in keeping with this part of the village.
The homes are orientated to benefit from a southerly aspect and the fabulous views across the golf course. The houses will be constructed in a traditional red brick with plain day roof tiles.
