Part I & Part II Architectural Assistant.

Matthew Montague Architects are an established, well-known practice with a great reputation based in Longford, Near Ashbourne. The practice has a varied portfolio of education, commercial and residential projects. We are a friendly, flexible and creative team with many years’ experience and a vast amount of knowledge which enables us to deliver a consistent, professional and unique service.

As a result of a growing portfolio of projects, we are looking to recruit two new team members a Part I & Part II Architectural Assistant/Recently Qualified Architect.

Part I Architectural Assistant

The role will provide the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with our key clients along with ongoing development of the practice and your career progression.

The successful candidate will have:

· A professional degree or diploma in Architecture.

· We primarily use AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup experience would beneficial.

· The ability to develop schemes through all RIBA Work Stages is desirable.

Due to our location a full driving licence and use of your own car will be a pre-requisite. Salaries will be determined based on the successful candidates experience and attributes.

Part II Architectural Assistant or Recently Qualified Architect

The successful candidate will be working alongside the rest of the team on a variety of projects covering all RIBA stages, from concept designs to technical stages. You will be working on high-end residential projects and projects in the commercial and education sectors.

The successful candidate will have:

· A professional degree or diploma in Architecture; be RIBA Part II Qualified or Recently Qualified Architect.

· Professional working experience within the UK and a solid knowledge of UK building regulations.

· Strong flair for design.

· Experience attending site meetings and assessing services and requirements of new sites would be highly beneficial.
