Limes Avenue Retail Park Update

Work is progressing on the redevelopment of the Limes Avenue site in Mickleover, Derby. Planning permission for the new retail park was granted in 2018 after the former garage site stood derelict for more than 10 years. Lockdown halted demolition back in March though work is now well underway. Davlyn Construction have to date cleared the site and the retaining wall works are progressing.

Eight modern, retail units are to be built on the site. Matthew Montague Architects are working with Bespoke Inns and approved layout plans for the new Restaurant and Bar are now in place. The restaurant will occupy Units 5 – 8. Planning permission has been granted for the gym and fitness studio set to occupy Units 1 -2. Layout plans for this have been agreed. Units 3 – 4 are currently available and are being marketed by agents Salloway Property Consultants.

Exciting times ahead as the site progresses and work is expected to be completed on site in April 2021.
