Planning permission has been secured for the demolition of two semi-detached dwellings and the erection of two detached dwellings on a plot of land in the lovely rural village of Yeldersley, Ashbourne.

Our Client, Elgie Properties Ltd appointed the practice to maximise the potential of the site and secure planning permission.

The plot is triangular and surrounded by farmland. The current properties are to the north of the site. The new layout sites the properties to the north-east of the site. Repositioning the dwellings enables them to have south facing private gardens and stunning views to the surrounding countryside.
