Conversion of the public house is well underway. The former pub closed its doors for the last time in 2016 and today DCH Builders are well underway with the regeneration and conversion of the buildings.

4 new apartments have been constructed to the rear of the site. These have been designed to look like 3 cottages, though they are 4 two bedroom apartments. The apartments have stunning views and one of the units has already been sold.

The main public house will be converted into 3 three bedroom houses and 1 four bedroom house.
